The Nasinkini Islands (Tosanese: 西島へ, Nasinkini-he; Nausinkinese: 西島へ, Nausinkini-he, literally, "West Islands") is a prefecture of Tosan, and only significant archipelago that the country possesses. The largest city on the archipelago is its capital, Yomanyao. Formerly part of Tankyo Prefecture, it was separated from the latter in 1860. The islands have their own language, Nausinkinese, which is closely related to Standard Tosanese. Some linguists argue that Nausinkinese is merely a dialect of Tosanese, however.
