The Association of Southern Jungjuan Nations (ASJN) is a regional branch of the ICSN that acts as an economic and political union of several countries located primarily in the southern portion of Jungju. Founded in the aftermath of the Great Eulhae War as a means to bring Southern Jungjuan countries together to rebuild their homeland, the membership of the ASJN has skyrocketed greatly over decades, from the original 5 members to a total of 17 members, encompassing a combined area of 4,454,000 sq km (2,824,132 sq mi) with a population of 655 million souls.
Among many great feats that the ASJN has made over 80 years of its existence, the successful implementation of an internal market was perhaps the most extraordinary. Through a standardized system of laws regarding economic matters that the Southern Jungjuan Internal Market (SJIM) was made possible, and only in those matters, members of the ASJN agreed to act in unity. In 1990, the SJIM was revamped with the creation of the Kutadayak Agreement, which introduced a common currency named Tongbao (₴) and the abolishment of national borders among members of the ASJN community.
